About Our Studio

It’s about YOU!
Our family-owned and operated home decor studio is committed to designing, creating and providing colorful custom home decor furnishings that look and feel like YOU.  No two people are the same, and no two homes should be the same, either. We celebrate your unique personality and offer countless custom design options, creating furnishings and accessories that help you connect intimately with your space and tell YOUR story.  Every item we design and create is one-of-a-kind, just like you. Shipping

  • We offer free standard U.S. shipping on most items (purchases over $125, use coupon code SHIP125) excluding furniture.
  • On in-stock items, you can expect delivery of your package between 5-10 business days from the date you place your order, via UPS, FEDEX or USPS. (Smaller packages may arrive sooner)
  • Expedited shipping is available on most non-furniture items, and fees are determined based on location and speed of delivery required.
  • Items that are too large or heavy to fall within our standard shipping service may incur additional delivery charges.
  • We offer front door local (Houston) delivery service on most furniture.
  • We also offer free white glove local (Houston) delivery service on most furniture items. (1st floor only)
  • Furniture deliveries take place between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
  • Additional redelivery charges will apply if no one is home at the time the furniture is delivered.
  • Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as it becomes available.

Returns

EBI wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any merchandise you purchase from our current Online EBI Shop selection within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.
NOTE: This does NOT apply to custom orders (special orders) you place that are not part of our current Online EBI Shop selection.
Upon inspection of the returned item we receive from you, we will issue a credit in the amount of the original purchase price within 24 hours to the credit card you used to make the purchase. This applies to all merchandise purchased from our current Online EBI Shop once it has left our shop and been shipped to you.

How to return merchandise to us:
  1. Inspect the merchandise to make sure it is in its original condition.
  2. Contact us by email (info@edithbarrerainteriors.com) to let us know you are returning an item(s) and the reason for the return. Be sure to provide proof of purchase. Please write “RETURN” on the subject line.
  3. Upon approval from us by email (typically within 24 hours), please package the item(s) in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the item(s) to:

    ATTN: RETURNS

Items that CANNOT be returned:
  • Custom orders (Special Orders) placed by you and/or made to your specifications (Not from our current Online EBI Shop selection)
  • CLEARANCE items
  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable”
Shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. You must pay all return shipping charges.
PLEASE NOTE: Because your complete satisfaction is important to us, we ALWAYS carefully inspect all items before we ship them to you.
PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS UPON RECEIPT BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES.
If you discover that the item arrived damaged or has any manufacturing defects:
  1. Please have the driver make a note of the damage on the delivery slip and include an explanation of the damage.
  2. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY! (713-522-3362)
  3. Take a photo of the damage, and email it to us at: edithbarrerainteriors@gmail.com
  4. Upon return, we will inspect the item and issue the appropriate refund to the credit card you used to make the purchase.


CANCELLING CUSTOM ORDERS
(Special Orders–NOT from our current Online EBI Shop selection.)
  • You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of placing the order. We will issue a credit in the amount of the original purchase price within 24 hours to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
  • You may cancel your custom order within 48 hours of placing the order. We will issue a credit in the amount of the original purchase price MINUS 15% cancellation processing fee.
  • Custom orders cancelled after 48 hours and up to 4 business days of placing the order will incur a 30% cancellation processing fee.
  • Custom orders will go into production and cannot be cancelled after 4 business days of placing the order.
